About Me
Nduwisi Uba is a UK-based Leadership Coach/Mentor, a specialist in Personal Development, and a John Maxwell Certified Team Member with over 20 years of experience in Leadership development. He is certified and trained by the world's best Leadership expert, John Maxwell. He is a conference speaker with a passion for helping people develop and fulfill their potential and a Chess Coach who is helping children and teenagers reach their leadership potential in the UK. He has a vision to raise the next generation of leaders in the UK and has a program with schools in Brighton where he uses Chess to teach Leadership. He pioneered the New Era Mentorship and Public Speaking Institute in Nigeria, where leaders and public speakers were graduated who are making a difference in different spheres of influence.
He has worked with many companies and churches, helping them train their leaders and structure their operations. He organized numerous leadership seminars and workshops in many universities, colleges, and secondary schools in Nigeria, where leaders and public speakers were developed. He was a co-host of one of the largest annual New Era International Leadership Conferences in Nigeria for nine years, where he trained over 9,000 leaders, empowering them with the skills and mindset needed for success in life and excellence in leadership. He loves helping people become better versions of themselves. He believes the largest room on earth is the room for improvement and that anyone or any organization can get better.
